Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance and Surveillance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance and Surveillance department, you will be responsible for executing quality assurance and surveillance activities, conducting audits, analyzing data, identifying non-conformances, and supporting corrective actions across business functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process audits, surveillance checks, and quality inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action tracking to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and report quality metrics, such as compliance rates and defect trends, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit records and contribute to the development of quality management system (QMS) documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective process adherence and promote a culture of quality excellence.
  • Assist in training and awareness programs related to quality standards and best practices.

Dashboard Management:

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive KPI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to provide real-time insights into QA and surveillance performance.
  • Gather data from multiple sources, including Jira, ServiceNow, internal databases, and QA tools, to inform dashboard design and functionality.

Data Collection & Analysis:

  • Validate data accuracy and completeness before integration into dashboards to ensure reliable and actionable insights.

QA & Surveillance Metrics:

  • Analyze trends and anomalies in QA and surveillance performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track key metrics, such as defect rates, test coverage, surveillance alerts, compliance adherence, and resolution times, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and executive summaries based on dashboard insights to keep stakeholders informed.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actions based on data trends to drive meaningful change and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance and surveillance, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
