Job Title: Public Services Specialist

Are you a skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service in the public sector? Do you have experience in tax administration, requirement analysis, and documentation?

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 production support to ensure seamless operations of our systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues through effective problem analysis and client interaction.
- Develop and implement shell scripting and environment monitoring solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor J2EE applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Utilize Oracle database administration expertise to optimize database performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tax Administration: Proven experience in tax administration domain knowledge, including tax law, regulations, and procedures.
- Shell Scripting: Proficient in writing efficient shell scripts to automate tasks, monitor systems, and analyze data.
- J2EE: Experienced in designing, developing, and deploying J2EE applications, including architecture, integration, and testing.
- Oracle DBA: Skilled in Oracle database administration, including installation, configuration, tuning, backup, and recovery.
- Performance Tuning: Ability to analyze and optimize system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
