Research Scientist Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our team and drive cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

As part of our R&D team, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate research into impactful products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct original research in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, or computer vision.
  • Develop novel algorithms and models; publish in top-tier conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outputs into production-grade systems.
  • Stay current with the latest academic and industry developments in AI/ML.
  • Build and evaluate prototypes and proof-of-concept models.
  • Contribute to strategic research planning and roadmap development.

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD or Masters in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Applied Math, or related field.
  • Strong background in ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
  • Solid experience in at least one domain: NLP, computer vision, generative models, LLMs, etc.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Git, Linux, and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated research contributions (e.g., peer-reviewed publications, open-source projects).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals.
  • Experience deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Familiarity with transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, Vision Transformers).
  • Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training.
