Expertise in artificial intelligence is crucial for our team, and we are seeking a dedicated AI Engineer to join us. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, and a strong background in developing custom architectures tailored to specific problem requirements.

The role involves working closely with product, engineering, and data teams to translate complex business challenges into AI-driven solutions. Our AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced machine learning models that can operate at production scale.

Candidates should have proficiency in writing optimized, scalable code in Python, as well as exposure to languages like C++ or Java. Understanding of distributed systems, GPU acceleration, and model optimization for latency-sensitive environments is also critical.

MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI are required to streamline deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines. Practical knowledge of data engineering concepts, including feature store design and data versioning, will be highly valued.

The successful candidate will be an expert in experimentation, able to rapidly prototype ideas and stay current with research advancements. They must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance research depth with delivery timelines.
