Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

The Quality Assurance Expert is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of AI-driven medical analysis tools. This involves performing thorough manual testing, executing comprehensive test plans, and collaborating with engineers and domain experts to understand user workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of AI-driven medical analysis tools to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Execute comprehensive test plans across web applications, focusing on user experience, data accuracy, and workflow validation
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand user workflows and identify critical testing scenarios
  • Conduct specialized testing of AI/ML outputs, including validation of NLP results and data processing accuracy
  • Work with physicians and legal teams to gather feedback and ensure quality standards are met
  • Help establish QA processes and documentation standards, contributing to testing practices as we scale

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of manual QA experience with web applications, including test case creation, execution, and defect management
  • Strong experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing
  • Familiarity with web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, TestRail)
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts or strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Jest) or scripting for test automation
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia) and basic understanding of REST endpoints
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and web application architecture
