Expert STEM Data Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of AI by evaluating and refining high-quality data in various subjects. The successful candidate will work closely with the STEM Lead to create, review, and refine detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for complex problems across different difficulty levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, and pedagogical soundness
  • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to the AI model
  • Apply deep knowledge in Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Coding/Finance to assess complex problems and develop alternative approaches

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Coding/Finance or a closely related field from a premier Tier-1 institution
  • Deep subject expertise with excellent conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in your specialized STEM field

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with competitive exam preparation and content development
  • Familiarity with providing structured feedback for AI models or large language models

Personal Attributes & Soft Skills:
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with a keen eye for minute details
  • Natural ability to explain concepts in an easy-to-understand, step-by-step manner
  • Capable of critically evaluating information and applying analytical reasoning to solve problems
