Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator with expertise in STEM fields to join our team as an Analyst on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team.


  • Develop high-quality training data sets for AI models that improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice.
  • Annotate data to help AI models align with human values and ensure they operate ethically and responsibly.
  • Analyze and refine the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windows.


Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Masters Degree or Above in STEM Field: A strong foundation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math is essential for this position. We are looking for candidates with advanced degrees in one of these areas.

Excellent Writing Skills: You will need to possess excellent writing skills, with the ability to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields.

Strong Understanding of Grammar and Syntax: A deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics is crucial for creating high-quality training data sets.
