Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Associate with expertise in US Corporate taxation to join our team. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and enhancing the work prepared by associates and advanced associates on moderate to complex tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of moderate and advanced tax concepts, including partnership and corporate tax returns.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax developments through client work and continuous learning.
  • Ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery of tasks assigned to their team.
  • Train and mentor associates and advanced associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Apply tax theory and principles to partnership and corporate tax returns.
  • Enhance teamwork and communicate effectively with teams in India and the US.
  • Provide assistance to managers as requested.
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making capabilities when preparing tax returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and coaching/mentoring abilities.
  • Experience working on US business tax returns (1065/1120) with complex situations.
  • Good knowledge of moderate and complex tax concepts, including forms 8865, 5471, 5472, and 1116.
