Job Profile

We are seeking an expert in indirect tax litigation for our Hyderabad location.

  • Assist clients in responding to tax authorities during inquiries, investigations, and audits.
  • Prepare replies to show cause notices and audit responses.
  • Meet with tax officers for hearings as needed.
  • Prepare tax appeals for the Joint Commissioner (Appeals) and Courts (Tribunal, High Court / Supreme Court).
  • Assist seniors in representing clients before judicial forums.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on various topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and discuss technical issues with clients while managing firm risk.
  • Handle tax matters, including preparation of submissions, replies to notices, appeals, and meetings with tax authorities.
  • Execute work on a multiple client base, assuming near-independent responsibility for smaller clients.
  • Develop rapport with middle layers of client management.
