Accounting Professional

We are seeking experienced accounting professionals to manage the financial close process, ensure accurate reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a CPA qualification or at least two cleared subjects, a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks is desirable. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

About This Position:
  1. Financial Reporting and Close Process: Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Pass journal entries, analyze account balances, and reconcile bank statements.
  2. Accounts Payable and Vendor Management: Process vendor invoices, maintain payment schedules, and conduct vendor account reconciliations.
  3. Accounts Receivable and Billing: Issue customer sales invoices, monitor receivables, and maintain aging reports.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, maintain open communication channels, and ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Identify and implement process improvements, analyze financial data, and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, maintain accurate records, and assist in internal and external audits.
