Job Opportunity

Administer compensation and benefit plans, assist in talent acquisition processes, conduct employee onboarding and organize training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will provide support to employees in HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, resolve issues that may arise, promote HR programs for an efficient workplace, assist in human resource policy development and implementation, undertake tasks around performance management, gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.

Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews, maintain employee files and records. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits.
