To enhance our R&D team in Mumbai, India, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Design Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Indian innovation centre as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing and developing highly efficient control and power electronics for solar lighting systems, telecom applications, or smart city/IoT products
- Circuit simulation, design, and layout using advanced tools and techniques
- Ensuring product certifications and compliance with international standards
- Participating in research projects to drive innovation and growth
- University degree (MSc) in electrical engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in electronics hardware design
- In-depth knowledge of DC/DC converter and communication interface (DALI, RS-485, CAN, SPI, I2C) design
- Experience with circuit design and layout tools (Pulsonix)
- Familiarity with international and national certification processes like BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards)
- Experience with EMI/EMC testing and troubleshooting
- A structured and independent way of working, with a precise working style
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Passion for innovative, environmentally friendly products
