The Mission

As our first AI hire, you'll be responsible for designing the master blueprint for interconnected AI systems and building the core intelligence that powers our competitive advantage—the Data Flywheel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and deploying production-grade machine learning systems from scratch.
  • Developing expertise with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
  • Writing Python code to bring architectural vision to life on cloud platforms.
  • Thinking in terms of scalable, resilient, and elegant systems.
  • Owning full responsibility for architectural decisions and their tangible business success.
