UX Researcher Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned UX research expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives, inspire collaboration in a fast-paced environment, and deliver actionable insights that shape user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define Research Goals: Partner with client stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  2. Investigate User Behaviors: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  3. Develop Research Plans: Design strategies using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation.
  4. Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  5. Synthesize and Share Insights: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
  6. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.
  7. Drive Research Innovation: Contribute to frameworks and methodologies that expand organizational research capabilities.
  8. Measure Research Impact: Assess design effectiveness post-implementation, tracking impact on user satisfaction and business outcomes.

  • You have a history of independently planning and executing UX/MR research activities using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • You are familiar with corporate or consulting environments, along with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • You have strong presentation skills (both written and verbal), including proficiency in creating impactful presentations.
  • You understand the software development lifecycle and how research integrates into the design process.
