Job Title: Systems Engineer III

Bangalore-hybrid role with 3 days of work from home.

Shift Timing: 3PM to 12AM, with on-call duties if required.

Notice Period: Immediate start.

  • System Maintenance:
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems for scalability, capacity planning, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
  • Record Management:
  • Manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Security:
  • Ensure system security and implement standards to respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Reporting:
  • Produce reports on performance, capacity, availability, and security for senior management.
  • Documentation:
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services.
  • Development:
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.
  • Automation:
  • Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality.
  • Best Practices:
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere and adhere to industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Analyze complex problems and participate in design and engineering projects.
  • Solution Implementation:
  • Configure prototypes, deliver products, and manage solution implementation and vendor performance.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Engage in team activities to support Service and Project Managers.

Requirements:

  • Technical Experience:
  • 5-7+yrs technology support experience.
  • Collaboration Tools:
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Microsoft Suite:
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Development Skills:
  • Extensive experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform to build and deploy services.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere and exhibit optimism in challenging situations.
