Senior Validation Engineer - SoC

Job Summary:

Drive the validation process for complex SoC designs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate SoC functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 14+ years of experience in pre- and post-silicon IP or SoC validation.
  • Working knowledge of HSIO protocols, including PCIe, Ethernet, ORAN/eCPRI, and legacy IO interfaces.
  • Extensive experience with engineering lab equipment, oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, signal generators, and emulators (Palladium, Protium, Zebu).
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages (C, tcl, Python) and debug techniques/methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of PC architectures, system technologies, and HW/SW interfaces.
  • Ability to develop and execute test cases in both pre- and post-Si environments.


Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of ARM Coresight and system drivers, firmware, and software.
  • Experience in silicon bringup, complex system debug, or bare-metal programming.
