Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group, specializing in precision component manufacturing.

The company is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry, producing chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU), and high-performance computing logic. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review of all legal & statutory documents of Direct Labour and Contractors' Labour.
  • Ensure Compliance from all the vendors in respect of applicable Labour Laws.
  • Conduct Internal Audit and ensure compliance with respect to Customer's Code of Conduct.
  • Arrange interdepartmental meetings to discuss open points, arrive at an action plan, and ensure closure within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate customer audits according to the audit calendar.
  • Visit sites, find non-compliances, analyze, and escalate to respective departments for completion.
  • Frequent communication with audit teams until audit requirements are met.
  • Update customer portal status timely after approval from stakeholders.
  • Handle all Social Compliance Audits.

Qualification:

MSW or equivalent certification in Labour Laws.
