Project Director
Manage complex projects from initiation to completion. Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects within the ammonia, oil, gas, refinery, chemical, or petrochemical sectors.

Responsibilities:
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Facilitate communication and manage expectations.
Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective team performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related field.
A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications, e.g., PMP, PE, will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management within the ammonia, oil, gas, refinery, chemical, or petrochemical industries.
Demonstrated success in managing large, complex projects.
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Strong technical understanding of oil, gas, refinery, chemical, or petrochemical processes.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and large budgets.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
