Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Capital Markets Delivery Manager to lead our delivery teams in Gurugram. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cost and budgets, implementing process improvement initiatives, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional understanding of capital markets, trade settlement, and corporate actions
- Strong technical knowledge of Java development and delivery
- Experience in managing multiple releases in large programs
- Prior exposure to customer-facing roles or prospect interactions is an added advantage
- Ability to prepare and track release management, covering scope, design, delivery, and testing
- Conduct daily scums to identify dependencies, progress, and work distribution
- Review and revise dynamic daily tasks as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverables without compromising quality
- Encourage teams to increase productivity and build a culture that avoids rework and does things right the first time
- Alignment with TCS delivery processes and right escalation in the case of identified risks
