ERP Transition Manager

As a seasoned expert in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, you will lead and support organizational transitions such as company separations, mergers, or acquisitions. This role demands deep expertise in ERP activities and hands-on experience in project execution across multiple modules to manage interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transition Planning & Execution:
    • Design and implement JDE processes for divestiture scenarios including customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
  • Sales & Distribution Expertise:
    • Configure and support modules such as Sales Order Management, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing and Preferences.
    • Handle intercompany transactions, returns, and transfer orders.
  • Integration & Data Migration:
    • Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history.
    • Ensure seamless integration with Finance modules and third-party systems.
  • Documentation & Testing:
    • Prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, functional specs, test scenarios, and training materials.
    • Conduct CRP, UAT, and post-Go-Live support.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness.
    • Support EDI inbound/outbound processes for different interfaces.
