Technical Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development of high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in leading teams and driving technical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex systems to optimize performance, leveraging expertise in object-oriented programming principles, RESTful APIs, and web services.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and develop unit and integration tests to guarantee software quality.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in software development, applying this expertise to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Springboot, Hibernate), with a strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, version control systems (Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
