Financial Executive Job OpportunityRole Overview:

Global companies are seeking talented professionals to play a pivotal role in driving financial success. This position is responsible for preparing accurate and timely consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards and Schedule III.
  • Review and issuance of financial reports as part of the period-end close process.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements such as SEBI LODR guidelines.
  • Data management for RPT compliance.
  • Accounting for critical aspects including ESOP, business combinations, and trade deposits.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting processes preferably in the same/similar industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA - ERP system.
  • Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles.
