Job Title: CAD Lead – Transmission Line

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to oversee and manage contracts post-award, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

 

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor adherence to contract requirements.
  • Develop contract management policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Project Leads to align contract management with project needs.
  • Evaluate risk strategies and escalate high-risk issues.
  • Resolve major disputes and claims.
  • Provide audit data and implement corrective actions.
  • Negotiate contract amendments and release change orders.

 

Operational Duties
  • Manage contracts consistently throughout their lifecycle.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Liaise between contractors and project teams.
  • Evaluate contractor performance based on contractual understanding.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Process vendor payments.
