  • Write contractual correspondence in French and English.

  • Manage contract administration and claim management.
  • Support business on legal issues with Commercial & Legal department.
  • Train teams on contract administration and promote best practices.
  • Promote contract administration tools.
  • Meet customers, partners, and suppliers to secure conditions and cash collection.
  • Develop and maintain a network of outsourced resources.
  • Support local representatives, coach project teams, and negotiate with clients.
  • Share information with PMO/SERM members.
  • Travel worldwide upon request.
