Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead our user retention efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven marketing, with expertise in identifying and mitigating churn risks.

  • This is a hands-on role that requires a problem-solver who loves to run experiments, analyze data, and see a direct impact on the size of our user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Retention Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement proactive, multi-channel campaigns triggered by at-risk behavior.

  2. Lapsed User Reactivation:

    • Own end-to-end strategy for bringing back churned subscribers.
    • Craft irresistible win-back hooks through A/B testing offers, messaging, and channels.

  3. Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Measure and report on core KPIs for user retention.
    • Act as key feedback loop to Product and Content teams.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies.
  • Innovative problem-solver with creative approach to building industry-leading churn-mitigation strategies.
  • Hands-on campaign execution using marketing automation platforms.
  • Fluency in digging through data to find opportunities.
  • Experimenter's mindset with ability to think in terms of hypothesis, test, and result.
