Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

 

This position requires a seasoned professional to lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects within the wealth management domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT project management principles, as well as expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization.

 

The role involves leading and managing Salesforce implementation projects for wealth management clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Key responsibilities include providing hands-on configuration of Salesforce features, overseeing system integrations with wealth management platforms, and managing full project lifecycle from RFP to deployment and support.

 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for defining and maintaining project plans, sprints, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. They will drive data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance efforts, including KYC/AML and regulatory reporting. Additionally, they will ensure user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, and at least 10 years of experience in IT project management and Salesforce Platform. Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services is essential, including client onboarding, KYC/AML, financial planning, and portfolio reporting. Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills are required, as well as familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
