
Executive Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration & Operations
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Oversee the management of office records, documents, and filing systems to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
- HR & Employee Support
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management to ensure seamless integration of new staff members.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and leave tracking to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support employee engagement and office culture initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage internal and external communication, including emails, calls, and letters, to maintain professionalism and build strong relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and administrative support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Compliance & Data Management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information securely to protect the interests of the organization.
- Assist in audits, reports, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Other Requirements: High level of integrity and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills.
