Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain optimal knowledge in Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualitative and quantitative deliverables as per client requirements.
  • Liaise with clients on project planning and scheduling.
  • Provide guidance and quality control for junior colleagues.
  • Support clients in payer insight generation and ad-hoc activities.
  • Deliver cross-functional requests and activities.
  • Develop training materials and contribute to the improvement of assigned deliverables.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Take responsibility for training, mentoring, and developing junior colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pharmaceutical domain expertise
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline plus graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in MS-Office tools (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint)
  • At least 7 years of experience conducting health economic and outcomes research
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
