Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow professionally and personally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular/Vue.
  • Strong expertise in back-end technologies: Node.js / Python / Java / NET.
  • Hands-on experience with databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of application security and performance optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
