Job Overview:

This position requires a professional with extensive knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation to lead project workstreams, utilizing industry best practices and innovative analytics and technologies to deliver complex solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation for clients of various sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

The Associate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Project Workstream Delivery: Lead project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting client expectations.
  • Workday Expertise: Provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise to clients.
  • Implementation & Configuration: Collaborate with partners to understand business requirements and assist in configuring and testing solutions.
  • Collaboration & Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and collaboration, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical & Reporting: Analyze Workday release updates, identify issues related to Time Tracking and Absence, and create solutions for clients.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification is a must.
  • Strong knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, and Payroll legislation (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
