Revenue Strategist

About Our Role:

We're seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to lead pricing, forecasting, and distribution optimization across multiple properties.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute the revenue management strategy
  • Analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify pricing opportunities and recommend changes
  • Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends
  • Use property management systems (PMS) to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory
  • Conduct competitive set analysis and track market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends
  • Develop and manage online travel agency (OTA) pricing, availability, and promotions
  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to leadership
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness and adjust as needed
  • Provide input on distribution strategy and recommend process improvements
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy
  • Strong knowledge of revenue metrics and forecasting techniques
  • Hands-on experience with dynamic pricing tools
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS)
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and make strategic decisions
