Revenue Strategist
About Our Role:We're seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to lead pricing, forecasting, and distribution optimization across multiple properties.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and execute the revenue management strategy
- Analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify pricing opportunities and recommend changes
- Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends
- Use property management systems (PMS) to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory
- Conduct competitive set analysis and track market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends
- Develop and manage online travel agency (OTA) pricing, availability, and promotions
- Generate and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to leadership
- Evaluate pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness and adjust as needed
- Provide input on distribution strategy and recommend process improvements
- 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy
- Strong knowledge of revenue metrics and forecasting techniques
- Hands-on experience with dynamic pricing tools
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS)
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and make strategic decisions
