The Role
  • Deliver third-party audits of SA 8000 as a qualified team leader.
  • Interact with customers at all levels of management to develop timely, complete, and accurate reports on their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system.
  • Document and report audit activities and results, including SAI Tool Reporting.
  • Approve reports and issue certificates in a timely manner.
  • Manage key customer relationships.
  • Support the sales team on technical aspects.
  • Familiarity with digital tools is required.
  • Maintain relevant audit credentials and pursue advancements as needed.

The preferred location is Hyderabad, but we are open to candidates from other locations such as Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, and Kolkata.

About You
  • APSCA Level 3 Qualified CSCA & Lead Auditor in SA 8000.
  • Engineering degree with at least 8-10 years of industry experience.
  • Rich experience in social compliance auditing.
  • Lead Auditor qualifications in QMS (9001), EMS (14001), OHSMS (45001), EnMS (50001) are an added advantage.
  • Good computer literacy and usage of MS Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in additional languages is an added advantage.
