Role Summary:

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of inventory operations. The incumbent will be responsible for managing card embossing and complaints, driving efficiency, and effectiveness across the entire process.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and reconcile monthly card dispatch volumes. They will also be responsible for conducting regular audits and process reviews, ensuring compliance adherence and timely corrective actions.

  • Key Responsibilities include monitoring card embossing from vendors, driving adoption of new technology, reviewing weekly SVCL, conducting audits, and ensuring closure of all cases escalated by customers and stakeholders.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders for complaint feedback as per SLA and working closely with Services, Monitoring, and analysis of monthly inflow.
  • Driving SLA adherence for Embossing Agency/partner and ensuring timely reporting of metrics, reviewing weekly SVCL of partners, engaging existing partners for adoption of new technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications
