Tulasi Healthcare, a leading group of mental health establishments and rehabilitation facilities in Delhi and Gurugram, is seeking a highly skilled Staff Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. With over 20 years of experience, we operate the largest private mental health establishment in north India, providing integrated preventive and therapeutic mental healthcare through clinics, rehabilitation centers, and virtual platforms.
Role OverviewThis full-time on-site position involves providing psychiatric care, specializing in adult psychiatry and mental health. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with psychiatric disorders, collaborating with a team of experts, and contributing to research and clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat patients with psychiatric disorders, including adults with mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to research and clinical studies to advance knowledge and best practices in mental health.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- MEDICINE AND PSYCHIATRY SKILLS: A strong foundation in medicine and psychiatry, with expertise in adult psychiatry and mental health.
- EXPERIENCE IN MENTAL HEALTH: Proven experience working in mental health settings, with a focus on adult psychiatry.
- STRONG CLINICAL SKILLS: Excellent diagnostic abilities and strong clinical skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- CERTIFICATION OR ELIGIBILITY: Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry, with advanced training or fellowship in a relevant subspecialty preferred.
- RESEARCH EXPERIENCE: Experience in research and publication, with a track record of contributing to scientific advancements in mental health.
