Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, building trust and simplifying complex health concepts through consultative video consultations.

As a Client Engagement Specialist, your key responsibilities will include welcoming new clients, understanding their key challenges, and guiding them toward the most suitable next step in their holistic health journey.

  • Conduct 1:1 video consultations with new clients
  • Listen actively to clients' challenges and health goals
  • Educate clients about FUME's holistic health process in simple terms
  • Provide empathetic guidance on the most suitable next steps
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of all consultations

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English & Hindi, be comfortable with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet), and exhibit empathy, confidence, and excellent listening skills.

Requirements:
  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Comfortable with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
  • Empathetic, confident, and good listener
