We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Global Banking Professional. This role will involve working closely with clients to develop and manage their relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support senior Relationship Managers in developing and managing client relationships.
- To provide backup to Relationship Managers in their absence ensuring seamless client interaction.
- To work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- To maintain accurate records of client interactions and correspondence.
- To contribute to the development of business growth initiatives and strategies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles preferably in banking or financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
