Job Title: Media Strategy Lead

At Tonic Worldwide, we seek an experienced Media Strategy Lead who will spearhead our media planning and buying efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale media budgets and developing successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and specific requirements to create a detailed and actionable media brief.Audience Research: Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research to uncover audience needs, media consumption habits, and platform preferences.Strategy Development: Develop and propose data-driven media strategies that leverage the strengths of digital platforms to achieve client objectives.Campaign Planning: Produce comprehensive media plans, including budget allocation, media mix, and scheduling, that align with the client's objectives and maximize ROI.Presentation & Communication: Present media plans, forecasts, and recommendations to clients, addressing their queries and providing rationale for strategic choices.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, creative professionals, and media partners to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.Project Management: Oversee the implementation of media campaigns, ensuring projects stay within scope, on schedule, and within budget.Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Track the performance of media campaigns using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, evaluating success against key metrics and providing insights for future campaigns.Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaign-related documents are accurate, well-structured, and of high quality.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital media, consumer behavior, and technology to continuously refine and innovate media strategies.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in media planning and buying.In-depth knowledge of media planning and buying processes across various channels.Proven track record of managing large-scale media budgets and successful campaigns.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
