About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Critical Incident Resolution Lead to join our team. As a key member of our incident management function, you will be responsible for leading critical incidents from initiation to resolution, ensuring minimal business impact and optimal recovery times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with experience in major incident management, OWA, M365, and incident management. Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead critical incidents from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on incident management best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on major incident management
  • Strong knowledge of OWA, M365, and incident management tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
