Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.

They will be responsible for contributing to the user experience of our design to life flow from conception to launch, utilizing user-centered design methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the user experience of the design to life flow from conception to launch, utilizing user-centered design methods.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process, creating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction and new concept validation.
  • Present concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Ensure cohesiveness with our Vista design system and marketing brand guidelines.
  • Share and evangelize user-centered design methods across Vista.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions.
  • Passion for designing simple solutions to complex consumer and business problems.
  • Understanding of type, hierarchy, color, composition, contrast, and other graphic design fundamentals.
  • Expertise in the latest design software to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
