Service Leadership Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our mobile robotics operations, driving strategic growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operations & Service Management: Develop and implement comprehensive service strategies for mobile robotics, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of MR operations, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and field operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on complex mobile robotics systems.
  • Customer Success & Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for high-value clients, fostering strong relationships through trusted advisory services.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across delivery, support, and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • Requisites: Preferred currently working with MR owners or in the automotive industry.
