Immigration Paralegals play a vital role in facilitating the employment-based immigration law process for our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will draft, review, and edit a high volume of NIV/IV cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B
  • Independently managing a large caseload while liaising with inter-firm teams is crucial for this role to ensure efficiency and quality of work
  • Effective communication and timely updates with clients throughout the visa process are essential for success
  • The Immigration Paralegal will report to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status efficiently
  • Liaison with governmental organizations such as USCIS, CBP, US Department of State, and US Department of Labor is also required
  • Supporting lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines is key to success
  • Strategic acumen and initiative in relation to case assignments and pinpointing delays in the process is essential
  • Preparing and coordinating the production of documents and responses to RFEs
  • Maintaining accurate records and consistent case tracking and management as per firm policies is crucial

Strong attention to detail, complex caseload management, and elite prioritization skills are required. A minimum of three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As is necessary.

A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is desirable. Path Law Group values diversity and welcomes all qualified applicants without regard to background or characteristics.
