Job Title:

Packaging Design Systems Lead

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting Esko design systems, including new implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of technical requirements for new implementations or upgrades of Esko design systems.
  • Data migration, loading, and cleansing as required.
  • Development and training of designers to enhance the library or parametric designs.
  • Enhancement of existing and creation of new workflows on Automation Engine to drive efficiency within the business.
  • Understanding and driving adoption of new features and applications from Esko products.
  • User training as required.
  • Maintenance of license inventory and management of licensing adds, moves, and changes to staff.
  • Troubleshooting of application issues at all levels.
  • Engagement with business users via email, chat, phone, screen-share, etc., for support and proactive resolution of issues.
  • Identification of problems and implementation of improvements to resolve repeat issues.
  • Compliance with corporate OHS&E policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent applied skills across the Esko suite of products, including ArtiosCAD, Automation Engine, and Studio.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate and convey information in both technical and non-technical language as required.
  • Confident communication with business users in the technical aspects of packaging design.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but must be self-reliant and able to work independently.
  • General IT skills, including database design and administration, and basic programming is preferable.
  • Ability to travel is preferable.
