Salary

We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹100,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This Performance Advertising Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing performance-driven advertising strategies
  • Analyzing campaign results and making data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend
  • Managing client budgets and driving campaign success
  • Collaborating with internal teams to shape new features and improve overall marketing efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience directly managing paid media strategies that drive results
  • Technical skills in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and CRM software
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced startup ecosystem
  • Strong communication skills to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery
  • Certification(s) in digital advertising (e.g., DigitalMarketer, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads)
