Job Title: Software Testing Expert

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for designing and executing manual and GUI testing plans, scripts, and cases.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent manual testing skills, including regression and GUI testing, as well as a working knowledge of JIRA with Zephyr in Agile Sprint.
  • Familiarity with cross-browser testing, mobile testing, RESTful APIs, and SEO principles is also desired.

To excel in this role, you should have good experience in test designing, scripting, and execution. A solid understanding of software development life cycles such as Waterfall, V Model, and Agile Scrum is essential.

Requirements
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • A team player with excellent time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills is required.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics/MTech/MCA with a minimum 60% score in 10th, 12th, UG, and PG is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute test plans, scripts, and cases for manual and GUI testing.
  2. Perform regression, functional, integration, and sanity testing.
  3. Conduct system and database testing with basic knowledge of automation (Selenium).
  4. Apply software development life cycles such as Waterfall, V Model, and Agile Scrum.
