Job Title: Storage Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Storage Engineer to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide level 2/level 3 support for storage systems in a mission-critical banking environment.
    • Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using established procedures.
    • Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in ServiceNow/BMC.
    • Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under change and supervision.
    • Escalate to level 2/level 3 with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
    • Participate in disaster recovery/business continuity drills to maintain platform readiness.
    • Strong documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders.
    • Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
  • Requirements:
    • Dell/EMC, NetApp, HPE Storage certifications (Associate/Professional).
    • Brocade/Cisco SAN certifications; AWS S3/Object Storage fundamentals (nice-to-have).
