Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage infrastructure events, including capacity management, monitoring storage subsystem and SAN switch capacity, and performing capacity analysis.
  • Resolve problems by preliminary diagnosis and documentation, coordination with support teams, and interface with assigned engineers.
  • Mentor and train junior admins, oversee the design, installation, configuration, and de-provision of storage solutions, and perform performance management for SAN and storage.
  • Ensure IT service continuity management by providing disaster recovery solutions, developing and maintaining a library of procedures for disaster recovery documentation, data movement and replication, and Business Resumption Testing (DR) for storage.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidate should have experience in managing infrastructure events and resolving problems.
  • Should be able to mentor and train junior admins.
  • Experience in designing, installing, configuring, and de-provisioning storage solutions is required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with support teams and engineers are necessary.
