Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Engineering Director for Hybrid Cloud Solutions, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of engineers and architects to design, develop, and deploy hybrid cloud solutions

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and architecture

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery

• Developing and maintaining technical expertise in hybrid cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and architects

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 10+ years of experience in application development, architecture, and engineering

• Strong technical expertise in hybrid cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify creative solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is ₹35,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Hyderabad, India (hybrid work arrangement)
