**Finance Content Development Role Summary**
The position involves creating high-quality training content for finance training programs. As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop engaging content that meets the needs of our clients.
- Content Creation & Review:
- Design and develop financial and business skills training content.
- Develop assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage and update content repositories and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Review and provide feedback on content created by team members and freelancers.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to format content in required templates.
- Product, Client & Trainer Support:
- Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of content among trainers.
- Facilitate client support activities through timely communication of issues.
- Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics.
- Relevant certifications (MBA, CA, ACCA, CPA, etc.).
- Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
