Operational Technology (OT) Solutions Consultant Needed

Job Overview
  • Implement ServiceNow OTM configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector.
  • Develop knowledge of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system architecture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and develop ITOM configuration including data alignment & automated data population.
  • Script automated processes using Business rule, script action, and other ServiceNow features.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management and OT solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, especially in OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in implementing CSDM framework for Operational Technology and end-to-end data alignment process document including CMDB & CSDM process and procedures.
