About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as Dean of our esteemed medical institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance in academics, administration, and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead academic, administrative, and clinical operationsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation requirementsSupervise faculty recruitment, development, and performance appraisalCoordinate with the teaching hospital for seamless integrationGuide undergraduate and postgraduate medical education programsLead internal audits, inspections, and curriculum developmentFoster a culture of research, innovation, and ethical practiceRepresent the institution during inspections and government liaisonPromote interdepartmental collaboration and student-centric initiativesMaintain discipline and uphold institutional values

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: MBBS with MD/MS from an NMC-recognized institution
  • Experience: At least 15 years in medical teaching, with 5 years in leadership roles (Principal/Vice-Principal) in a reputable institution
  • Prior experience handling inspections and accreditation
  • Leadership in institutional development, faculty governance, and academic planning
  • Retired or Ex-Armed Forces Medical Officers are encouraged to apply
